St.Peter is a medium roast. Please note that decaffeinated coffees tend to appear darker in color than their actual roast. This is due to the structural changes that occur within the bean during the decaf process.

Currently our decaf beans are decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane process. This process is completely safe and does not rquire the use of any chemicals.

Note: We do not provide Espresso Ground Coffee. We recommend that you purchase a good quality burr grinder for making espresso. Coffee tastes better freshly ground.
