Tasting Note: Freshly milled barley, clotted cream, toffee and honey. The suggestions of oak appear as coconut, custard creams and butterscotch.Creamy medium bodied palate with soft vanilla and toffee flavours. Pears dipped in honey and rich Chantilly cream.

Producer: In the Teaninich Distillery, which is located away in the Scottish Highland town of Alness, was created an exquisite single cask release. First put into a refill hogshead, this Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky spent the first twelve and a half years maturing in that container. The whisky was then re-rack into a brand-new Bordeaux red wine barrique in the spring of 2021, where it remained for the next 19 months before being eventually bottled in the late summer of 2022.
