General Description

The FCNID-8GN-2GS is an Industrial Grade Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter that is equipped with 8 RJ45 ports and 2 SFP slots. It can operate in a wide temperature range from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius, therefore, its suitable to be deployed in a rugged and harsh industrial environment. The SFP slot can each supports a 1.25 Gbps SFP transceiver which extends the transmission distance of the data signals based on the model chosen.

The FCNID-8GN-2GS Industrial Grade Gigabit Ethernet Media Converter can work under the IEEE802.1Q specification standard which the virtual local area networks (VLANs) required to allow extra-long packets of data to be sent on the network.
