Refund & Return Policy

Return Window:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility For Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, in the same condition as received

• Original packaging intact, with all tags included

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items returned to the Apevie Simulator warehouse.

How to Start a Return:

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Custom or personalized items

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges:

For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item (once approved) and placing a new order for the product you’d like instead.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason and without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility requirements (unused, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

Please note that oversized products—such as SimRacing chassis, monitor stands, and racing seats—may arrive separately from the rest of your order.

Due to their size and weight, these items are handled differently at our logistics partner’s hub and may be delivered on a different day.
