This product is sous vide cooked slowly in a sealed pouch for several hours. It must be cooked before consumption. The lamb has been slow cooked for tenderness, with fat and juices visible in the pack, adding flavour and succulence during home cooking.

M&S have done the hard work by slow cooking at the optimum temperature for tender and succulent texture. It is a boneless lamb shoulder with a roast red pepper and a garlic dressing, prepared for ease.
