The Chardonnay grape variety is showcased here with fabulous wines from around the world. From Australia, the country that popularised the New World style in the eighties and nineties, comes Soldier Farms Chardonnay which has delicious aromas of white peach and is beautifully balanced by spicy oak. Chilean Chardonnay is also extremely popular and this one from Kidia Estate has fresh, tropical fruit aromas of grapefruit and pineapple with notes of hazelnut from its 6 months ageing in oak. Lastly there are two bottles of Saint Marc Reserve Chardonnay, a well-crafted, fresh white wine.
