The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG - Geografico comes from the best locations in the famous wine region of Montalcino in Tuscany. The grapes are carefully handpicked to select only the best and ripest fruits. In the winery, vinification takes place using the latest techniques, where the grapes are gently pressed and fermented. Subsequently, the wine ages for at least four years (including at least two years in oak barrels) to develop its complex aromas and achieve an excellent structure.

Vinification details: The grapes, harvested manually during the second half of September, undergo careful pressing. The must obtained is transferred to small stainless steel tanks, where it undergoes a fermentation lasting about two weeks. However, Brunello's true profile emerges during the ageing phase. The wine rests in oak barrels for about two years, where it matures and slowly absorbs the unmistakable aromas of the wood of the barrels. The distribution on the market cannot take place before 5 years after the harvest.
