The vineyard is situated on free-draining red clay and sandy loam soils, ideal for Mataro, allowing moderate vine stress that concentrates flavours. The grapes were hand-harvested and destemmed, undergoing fermentation with native yeasts in open-top fermenters. Maturation occurred in seasoned French oak barrels, enhancing complexity and silky texture without overpowering the varietal character.

Appearance Deep ruby with purple highlights, showing a medium to full-bodied structure. The clarity is excellent, and the wine has slow-moving, well-defined legs indicating good concentration and alcohol.
