Replace your worn-out BOSS secondary clutch with our Team Tied floating version, designed specifically for the transmission shaft of 2016+ models. This clutch boasts a great design that works exceptionally well and lasts a long time. With the switch to our clutch, you'll experience fewer belt/clutch issues, better clutch consistency, improved belt alignment, and overall better performance. Factory secondary clutches tend to fail between 1000-2000 miles, making our clutch kit a reliable and essential upgrade.

The clutch kit includes the entire secondary clutch, as well as primary weights and spring. It comes professionally set up and ready to bolt on, featuring a Team Tied floating clutch loaded with our performance helix and spring. This floating design helps maintain alignment from idle to full shift-out, leading to cooler belt temperatures and longer belt life.

Our Recoil clutch weights are easily adjustable with simple magnets, offering great performance and the ability to tune for various applications or modifications in the future without requiring extra parts. The magnetic weights are the best option for optimal mass placement, ensuring the best performance for your application.

Choose between the Standard Load kit, designed for stock or near-stock size tires (26-30") and suitable for most fast-paced trail riders or racers, and the High Load kit, meant for those with larger tires (31-32"), mud tires, dune riders, and those with paddles 28" or larger. For mudding and duning, the High Load clutch requires slight adjustments.

You can also decide on the Engine Braking (EBS) option: keep it like factory settings for slower pace riders in mud, crawling, or hilly terrain, or remove it for faster-paced trail riders, racers, or dune riders.

The kit includes AA Recoil magnetic adjustable clutch weights, primary spring, secondary spring, AA custom cut helix, and setup guidelines/instructions. For installation ease, we recommend using a primary clutch puller and Tied clutch belt removal tool.
