Recommended Adult dosage:

Take 2 capsules twice daily approximately 20 minutes before food or as recommended by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding or while on warfarin therapy or blood thinning medication without medical advice.
