Storage: Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Cooking guidelines: Oven cook - From Chilled. Electric 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6. Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place chicken in a roasting tin. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Refer to cook time on front of pack. Check chicken during cooking and cover with foil if necessary, to avoid excessive browning. Ensure product is fully cooked and juices run clear before serving by skewering the thickest part of the breast and thigh. Leave to stand for 10 mins before carving. Do not reheat.
