Tasting Note: Like sherry? Give this a shot! Tokaji Fan? You should still give it a shot, but it is NOTHING like anything you've ever tried before! Meaning 'as it comes', botrytised and ripe fruit are picked and fermented together. This has loads of beeswax, honeycombe, apples, nuts... its just super. Smells like a dessert wine, tastes like a sherry!

Producer: Szilvia Karádi and Zsolt Berger (hence the name) basket press all the grapes for their minuscule production from the Palandor and Naransci vineyards. Mostly Furmint, but with small parcels of Hárslevelű, they keep their yields low and the cool aspect of their sites ensure the wines always have fantastic acidity to balance the late-harvest richness.
