Inspired by a true story: a coming-of-age novel about the loss of innocence, the wounds we carry, and the compelling need to find support and understanding when everything collapses around us. Omar is ten years old and spends his days by the window, waiting for his mother to come home. He hasn't seen her for so many days that he doesn't even know if she's alive.
