Vitabiotics Sleepnite Valerian tablets are a traditional herbal medicinal product, ideal for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances and mild anxiety. Valerian belongs to the Valerianaceae family, a hardy perennial flowering plant which has a long history of traditional use and is one of the most well-known and popular herbal remedies.

Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Take one tablet twice a day. For Sleep Disturbances: Take one to two tablets half an hour before bed time.
