25 years chemical free, Estate grown Figs are poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness.

The fresh fig aromas and gin botanicals are immediately present on the nose with all the semi-sweet fig flavours on the palate. 

Try pouring Fig Gin over ice or add some lime for a flavor explosion, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity which stretches the profile.  Fig Gin can be combined with a premium tonic to create the perfect G&T and has been positively received in a spritz.
