Prime Start Multipurpose is an interior-exterior water-base primer and sealer that provides outstanding adhesion and hide in a fast drying, low odor formulation. It's easy flow properties make it perfect for brush, roll, or spray application and it is compatible with all architectural topcoats.
Prime Start Multipurpose levels evenly to a flat, easy-to-sand finish. It may be used under and over latex and oil-based paints and provides excellent enamel holdout on all types of wood.
Surfaces must be clean and dry, free from dust, grease, wax, oil, mildew, rust and other surface contaminants. The surface should be sound and stable. Remove all loose and peeling paint.
