Normally installed in locations where there is a high risk of false alarm caused by routine use, e.g. Kitchen, Garage, Loft and Boiler Rooms. These locations are often overlooked when in fact they are the riskiest places for fires to start. Heat Alarms should always be used in conjunction with Smoke Alarms, they will not provide adequate protection on their own.
