Our longest-serving decaf in the roastery… and still the one with the biggest fan club.
It’s easy to see why, this Peru is ridiculously well balanced, opening with warm almond notes and a smooth caramel sweetness, before finishing with a bright, ripe peach-like acidity that keeps every sip feeling clean and moreish. A genuinely elite decaf experience.

This is an all time favorite in the roastery, it's also the longest serving decaf on our menu, if you want something that is well balanced and ticks all the boxes this is definitely where you should start! 

Peruvian coffees are emerging stars in the specialty coffee realm, drawing from the expertise and techniques prevalent in neighboring Colombia and Brazil. The care taken in their cultivation and processing highlights the incredible terroir of the region and results in unique, unforgettable coffee experiences.

This particular Peruvian decaf is known for its comforting, deeply flavorful profile, balanced acidity, an inviting cocoa aroma, and a finish highlighted by almond notes. Sourced from reputable cooperatives such as JUMARP and Cenfrocafe, our coffee provides a link to the communities that cultivate and process these fine beans.

The Swiss Water® Process used for decaffeination of this coffee employs water, gently removing caffeine while maintaining the coffee's inherent flavour and quality. This method results in a premium decaf that coffee lovers can truly savour, knowing it's crafted with care and quality in mind.

Mycotoxin Testing:

After endless questions and requests from some of our customers. We decided to send this decaf to Government accredited Symbio Labs to be screened for Mycotoxins. We were advised all measurements were below detectable ranges.
