Each capsule contains: Japanese Knotweed Root Extract (62.5:1 extract, equivalent to 28125mg Japanese Knotweed Root) 450mg, Supplying 225mg Resveratrol, Red Wine Extract from Grape (50:1 extract, equivalent to 475mg Red Wine) 9.5mg.

Directions: Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
