The Ritual

To fully appreciate the floral complexity of the four-cultivar blend, we recommend enjoying ASA as a traditional Usucha (thin tea) to start your morning.

1. Sift 2g (approx. 2 bamboo scoop) of ASA into your pre-warmed bowl.
2. Add 90ml of warm water 70-75°C (158-167°F).
3. Whisk in a rapid "W" motion until a thick, froth forms.

Pro Tip: Because of its "toasty walnut" notes and sweet finish, ASA is incredible when served over ice. If you prefer a cold start to your day, whisk it with 50ml warm water first to create a concentrate, then pour over ice or 50ml cold water for an Iced Matcha Tea.
