This is a bottling for the Highlander Inn Chichibu bar. The cask was selected by Tatsuya Minagawa and Kitakaji san of Rudder.

The single malt hails from a distillery that is located across from the Highlander Inn in Craigellachie, a distillery called Mac#ll#n.

Tasting note:

Bright citrus, orange blossom, honey, minerals, clean fruity spirit, violets, lychees, juicy, barley sugar. The palate is rich and juicy, some green malts, kind of like an Irish single malt, then the oily spirit coats the mid palate. Juicy fruits, minerals, runny honey, orange blossoms, starfruits, long finish.
