6" PVC Beam, Non-Strutural, Four-Sided -  The size is 6" square in various lengths.  Our Beams do not require painting as we make them by folding and laminating panels of PVC that are cut out of sheets.  All the corners of the beams end up perfectly smooth with no open pours where dirt may build up.

6" PVC Beam, Non-Strutural, Four-Sided  -  The true size is 6" x 6" in various lengths.  The inside dimension is 5" square.  Our Beams do not require painting; we make them by folding and laminating panels of ½" thick PVC cut out of sheets.  All the corners of the beams end up perfectly smooth with no open pours where dirt may build up.

It is made from CertainTeed or Versatex cellular PVC that can be cut, shaped, fastened and finished using standard carpentry tools.  Weather resistant, with no warping.  It does not require painting for protection but readily accepts paint to suit your colour pallet.

PVC is the ideal weather-resistant material for exterior applications.  The drawback is that PVC is not rigid, tends to sag over time, and should not be used for structural support.

Available Options:

Choose either a smooth or wood-textured finish.
It may be ordered with either end closed and cut down to any length.
Additional Reinforcement can be added to the beam on site if used as a Header or Rafter Support.
