Blocked filters can cause weak suction, pulsing and airflow loss caused by dust build up. Replacing the filter set helps the vacuum pull air through properly again.

The pre motor filter and sponge inlet filter catch dust before it moves further through the machine. The HEPA exhaust filter traps fine dust before air leaves the vacuum.
