Manual (Must Follow Manual to Set Up)

1.Follow the direction of arrow in the brass injector to connect it to pump and hose. The direction of arrow is the flow direction of chemical.

2.Must work with black soap nozzle which attached to pressure washer gun or wand.

3.To get the flow established you will need to make sure the soap is thin, like water.

4.At the end of washing work, put the chemical injector out of the chemical tank and then put it in the tank with clear water. Please keep spraying for a while to run out the remaining chemical in Injector and tubing.

Trouble shooting

1.Adjustment Closed: Open metering valve by turning the knob on the chemical injector.

2.Plugged Orifice in Body : Remove the chemical injector and clean or soak in warm water.

3.Plugged Filter : Replace or soak in warm water to clean.

4.Cracked or Damaged Tube : Replace the clear soap tube.

5.No chemical flow: You may need to lift the chemical container to the same level or a little above the pressure washer to let gravity help you establish the siphon. Once it's started you should be able to put the chemical container back on the ground. If you keep losing the siphon, letting the container sit on a box to lift it a bit should help.
