The PIX-BASE is an adjustable mounting base for the line of Sound Devices MixPre series recorders and Video Devices PIX-E series recorders. It can also be used as a mount for the other devices with a 1/4'' thread mounting hole.

It is made from durable metal with an anodized finish and rubber grips underneath to prevent sliding or movement on a surface. Each base holds one device and may be positioned at variable heights or angles for the best possible view of the device's LCD.

PIX-BASEs may be placed on or mounted to any smooth surface, and multiple bases can be linked side-by-side for ultimate versatility.
