To make pops add juice, yogurt, pudding, smoothies, chocolate, or your favourite recipe and gently place in your freezer door. Once the pops are frozen (about 8 hours), remove the pop and individual mould from the base. Run the mould under warm water. Each stick has a built-in drip guard to keep your hands clean.

How To

1. Pour chilled juice into the removable moulds up to the fill line
2. Insert sticks
3. Freeze-filled moulds for 6+ hours
4. Pull out pop-in mould & rinse under hot water for 30-60 seconds
5. Pull removable mould from frozen pop
