Tasting Note

A hint of butter and brioche on the front end with a bright, attacking palate. Lovely crisp apple and lemon notes with a delightfully long finish.

Producer

The house dates back to the early 20th Century but has been given a new lease of life with the introduction of Clemente and Antoine in the last decade or so. They work with 44 plots in Cramant, Mesnil, Chouilly, Oiry and Oger, but have key plots in the fabulous single vineyards of Chetillons and Mont Aigu among others. Real terroir focused Champagne.
