Chablis has long been one of Britain's best-loved premium whites — but it's a name that covers a lot of ground, and style and quality can vary enormously from one producer to the next. Domaine Laroche is one of the safe pairs of hands. 'Saint Martin' is blended from Laroche's best Chablis Villages sites, and it's everything you want from top-notch Chablis: classic, crisp and refined. Expect zesty citrus and that unmistakable flinty minerality. Around 15% is fermented in used oak barrels, which adds a touch of texture and softens any sharp edges. Balanced, elegant and incredibly drinkable.
