Our Supreme Lift Kits are precision engineered to lift and level your truck. This kit is one of the easiest and fastest lift installs on the market, with these front spacers installing under the front coil spring. Our high quality poly spacers are the best way to lift the front for maintaining a smooth factory ride. Supreme Suspension Add-a-Leaf rear lift kits are precision engineered to lift your truck and increase your towing capacity. Our leaf springs are formed from high-carbon, high-silicon steel which has been hardened and tempered to aid in spring shape retention. This ensures that the spring will not sag, or have its arc deform over time due to heavy loads or severe off-roading conditions. Depending on the condition of your spring pack, our add-a-leafs will raise the rear by 1.5-2€� (depending on your spring pack's health). This kit comes complete with high grade hardware including extended spring center pins.

Supreme Suspensions is proud to carry Bilstein shocks to replace your factory shocks when you install your lift kit. These are top of the line Nitrogen charged shocks that are engineered with performance in mind. They are a monotube construction with a hardened piston rod vs. the factory single tube construction and contain a 10-stage velocity sensitive valving which provides amazing comfort AND toughness. We guarantee you will notice the difference in performance over your factory shocks.
