Hydro Seeding Mulch 100% Paper

NATURE’S OWN premium paper mulch is one of the cleanest and best performing paper mulches we have found.  Nature’s Own comes in a loosely packed bale weighing 40 pounds.   It is one of the easiest mulches to pump and easy to break up to add to a machine.   Nature’s Own paper mulch will hold 1200% times it’s weight in water.  Premium Paper 100 provides you the lowest cost!

Nature’s Own mulch is packaged in a 40-pound bale. It can be used in any brand of hydroseeding equipment because the mulch breaks up easily and wets quickly, speeding up your loading time and increasing your productivity. The full-size fibers provide better coverage and better results than any pourable or pelletized mulch product on the market today.

This hydro seeding mulch is manufactured from recycled cellulose fiber and is completely free of factors which inhibit germination and growth.  The mulch and its dye are both biodegradable and are not toxic to plant or animal life in normal use.

Hydro Seeding Mulch EZ Mulch-AF

EZ Mulch-AF is the greatest thing in mulch, particularly for smaller units.  Instead of being a bale of compressed and hard to break up material, EZ Mulch-AF is pelletized and all you need to do is to pour it into any machine.  EZ Mulch-AF comes in 40 pound bags.  the specifications are moisture content 10% max, water holding capacity 900% minimum.

Turbo Tack Hydroseeding Tackifer

Turbo Turf’s “Turbo Tack” high performance  tackifier is an erosion control product.  By modifying the soil structure, soil particles are tied together, water penetration is increased, water runoff is reduced and soil loss,  due to water erosion, is substantially reduced.

Turbo Tack reduces or eliminates clogs in the machine.  It causes the mulch slurry to become very slippery, helping mulch flow more easily through the machine.  Turbo Tack aids in germination.  It may be possible to use less seed due to a higher rate of seed germination.

Turbo Tack helps reduce call backs and re-do’s, resulting in lower overall operating costs.  The product is highly concentrated and economical to use.  It is environmentally safe, EPA exempt and will totally biodegrade in 3 to 6 months.

Turbo Tack comes packed in 3 pound jugs.  A three pound jug of Turbo Tack will cover about one acre at a two to one slope.  3 pounds of Turbo Tack will provide the same coverage as 32 pounds of guar based tackifer.  Partially used bags of guar based tackifer are pronte to weather damage and can easily be spilled.  The convenient jugs are easier to use, and can easily be resealed to eliminate most weather damage.  Turbo Tack is 6 to 8 times more slippery than guar based tackifiers.

Witches Brew Tackifier

Turbo Turf’s specially formulated Witches Brew Tacking agent will outperform standard PAM tackifiers.  When you need to seed  extra steep slopes, when heavy rains are forecast or you want to make sure your jobs stay in place, Witches Brew is the answer.    Turbo Turf’s Witches brew is a high performance tackifer.   It combines three different tacking agent plus additives designed to minimize fish eyes, and lubricate the system.   It will hold better and requires less drying time than standard PAM tacking agents.   If you want a better product, this is it.

Turbo Turf Witches Brew  has positively charged ions that attract smaller negatively charged soil particles such as clay and sit that are often 3-5 microns in size into larger masses, as large as 200 microns.  Additionally it provides a slicker soil surface that helps prevent water from attaching to the soil particles as it flows.   Witches Brew stands out from the crowd.  Make your hydro seeding stand out from your competition with the extra assurance you are using the best product on the market.

Turbo Crystals Hydroseeding Dye Crystals 

Turbo Turf’s “Dye Packs” are a great way to improve the color in poorly dyed mulch or to brighten that look of a hydroseeding job.  They are also a great way to help keep your application more even when tacking straw and to make sure you don’t miss any areas.

Each pail of dye packs incudes 24 packs of dye in a water soluble package that will disappear on it’s own.   Add one pack for machines 800 gallons or smaller and one pack for each 800 gallons on larger machines.

TurboSorb Co-Polymer Jel

Co-Polymer Gel is a great product to add to the mix when hydro seeding.  It is a super absorbent that increases the amount of available moisture in the root zone of a newly hydroseeded lawn.  Co-Polymer gel granules absorb up to 400 times their weight in water.  As the soil dries, moisture is slowly released from the gel granules improving growth and reducing demand for supplemental watering.  As additional moisture becomes available gel granules re-absorb thus continuing the cycle time after time.  When used as directed, co-polymer gel provides the hydroseeding contractor with a proven water management tool that can reduce call backs and help insure success of your hydroseeding jobs.  Co-Polymer Gel is supplied in a 10 pound pail.  The usual application rate for hydro seeding is 10 pounds to the acre.

Plant Marvel Seed Starter

This Nutriculture Seed Starter fertilizer 16-45-7 formulation is ideal for hydroseeding applications.  The formulation is 100% water soluble and once in solution needs no agitation.  This formulation is non corrosive and non abrasive.  It will not cause damage or wear to the pump of a hydro seeding system.

Using this special formulation produces similar results to those achieved by pre-germination of seeds.  It will increase germination of seedlings by a minimum of 10% and as much as 40%.

This special hydroseeding blend has a formulation of 16-45-7.   The 16% total nitrogen is mostly in ammoniacal form that will convert to nitrate about the time the plant is mature enough to utilize it.  It will then provide nourishment to help get the new seedling established.  The 30% Phosphorus will help promote fast germination and a healthy root system.  The Potash at 16% will stiffen and toughen the seedling enabling it  to grow strong with greater resistance to stress.  This special seeding blend also contains essential nutrients such as boron copper, iron manganese, molybdenum, and  zinc.
