Hard armor ballistic plates are necessary in high risk tactical situations and can be used in conjunction with our Civvy Light Tactical and SHTF Tactical Vests for full coverage of vital organs on front and back. Our TEOTWAWKI Hard Ballistic Plates come in a variety of plate options that protect against NIJ Level III and AK47 threats, offering maximum protection from bullets and blunt force trauma. We also offer TEOTWAWKI Trauma Ballistic Plates and TEOTWAWKI Side Ballistic Plates. See the chart below for all recommended plate sizes based on the correlating Citizen Armor vest size.

BALLISTIC PLATE SIZES & OPTIONS

Our single curve TEOTWAWKI Hard Ballistic Plates are rated for rifle protection. The Level III can withstand up to 7.62 mm FMJ (US military M80) rounds and are made with UHMWP. The AK 47 threat level plates withstand up to AK 47 rounds and are made with steel. Our TEOTWAWKI Hard Ballistic Plates will fit in the front and back plate pockets on our Civvy Light Tactical and our SHTF Heavy Tactical Vests. They are single curve and available in 8″x 10″ or 10″x 12″ in shooters cut. Shooters cuts have more severe shoulder angles and offer increased range of motion.

All plates are covered with a highly durable, water resistant polyurethane coated Cordura® fabric finish.
