Fino lemons, mandarins and sweet Navel oranges of exceptional quality are hand-picked and hand-peeled from the late harvest, when their aromas and flavours are at their most intense. Bright, vibrant and bursting with citrus, this hand-crafted gin inspires endless creative possibilities. For each small batch, our Master Distiller, Dr Anne Brock, selects a precise cut of the distillation capturing the most vibrant aromas, flavours and characteristics. An intensity of flavour shines brightly in a range of classic and creative cocktails, such as the Premier Cru & Tonic, Premier Cru Negroni or Gin, Sherry & Tonic.

Nose: Bold and elegant - a refreshing, zingy citrus nose with soft juniper & peppery spice undertones. Palate: Rich and oily with bright lemon and rounded orange notes, nicely balanced allowing all the remaining BOMBAY SAPPHIRE botanicals to shine through. Finish: Long, smooth and complex, crisp citrus gives way to pithy peel and warm spice.
