Ojo de Tigre Artisanal Mezcal is produced in small quantities by artisanal methods: cooked in an underground stone pit oven, fermented naturally in wooden vats, and distilled twice in copper stills.

We honor Mexican traditions while looking forward by using ONLY cultivated agave.
