A "most unusual gin", Hendrick's is made using two stills; a Bennett copper pot still and a Carter-Head still. It features a blend of 11 traditional botanicals, including juniper berries, angelica root, coriander seeds, cubeb berries, orris root, chamomile, caraway seeds, elderflowers, meadowsweet, and citrus peels. After distillation, the spirits are combined and infused with rose and cucumber essences, creating Hendrick's signature and refined flavour character.
