A beautiful, structured Cremant from the Jura Valley in France. By law, Cremant du Jura must be made in the traditional (Champagne) method, with a secondary fermentation in bottle – making it a great substitute for a champagne lover looking for something a little different.
This Cremant is aged over the winter in old oak, before bottling and aging on lees for 30 months. This time on lees creates a richer wine, with notes of biscuit, brioche and toast.
