Bolthold EPX5 epoxy is a two-component resin adhesive grout designed specifically for anchoring Bolthold asphalt anchors into asphalt surfaces. It can be applied at temperatures as low as 23ºF. The grout fills the crevices in the asphalt as it cures, resulting in a strong mechanical bond with the asphalt and the anchor. This stress-free bond does not weaken over time. It increases the pull resistance of Bolthold asphalt anchors by 15% and is suitable for use if it comes in contact with potable water. It is provided in a 10 oz. cartridge that fits a single-tube caulk gun. The Bolthold CG40 hi thrust caulk gun pairs with this cartridge for best results.

Features:

• The EPX5 cartridge contains both parts of the resin.
• The cartridge is supplied with one static mixing nozzle that fits on the thread at the top of the cartridge. It discharges an accurate mix of the two resin components.

Installation:

• One EPX5 single cartridge of grout installs approximately (4.5) SP10-38 anchors, (2.5) SP12-38 anchors, (1.5) SP18-38 anchors, (1) SP58-58 anchor, or (4) AM625 anchors.
