Old Pinot Noir vines (average age 55 years), planted at high density and farmed organically, yield fruit of natural concentration and precision. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified without added yeasts, the wine reflects its terroir with clarity and restraint. 

In the glass, it offers pure aromas of raspberry and alpine strawberrries, underpinned by subtle earthy notes.
