Hand coloured frontispiece and 294 small wood cut figures within text. Considerable shelf wear to edges of boards and scuffing of leather. Repaired tear to top of spine. Binding tight. Slight foxing to title page and end papers, otherwise, text is clean. Marbled free end paper and following blank page torn at centre margin where surplus glue of old rep air stuck surfaces together.
