This album is a compilation of songs used in the films of Apichatpong Weerasethakul, a leading filmmaker in Thailand and Southeast Asia, who has attracted attention as a film director and artist not only in Japan but also around the world. The album contains 14 tracks from Apichatpong's first stage production, "Fever Room" (2015), as well as the feature film "Uncle Boonmee's Forest" (2010), which won the highest award (Palme d'Or) at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival. The album is composed by Rit, who has been involved in the music of Apichatpong's works (Akritchaloom Khanrayanamit: since "Tropical Malady" in 2004, he has been in charge of sound and mixing for all of Apichatpong's works, including installations), and Koichi Shimizu (a Thai-based sound artist who also released solo works on Revirth, a Numb-led label). ), and Koichi Shimizu (a Thailand-based sound artist who has also released solo works on Numb's Revirth label and participated in Apichatpong's latest film), who not only produced the music but also compiled the album.Mastering was done by RASHAD BECKER, a Berlin-based sound artist and mastering/cutting engineer of renowned Dubplates & Mastering.
