I am Kay. I made the unscented version of my body butter for my daughter, whose eczema would react to almost anything during her worst flares. What is in the pouch

This is a 12 ounce refill of our Unscented Body Butter, the exact same plant based formula as the Unscented Body Butter jar. The base is shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, and jojoba oil, with no essential oils, just the natural soft shea note. Same small batch quality, same texture, just packed in a lighter pouch so you can refill the jar you already love.

How to refill

Open the cap on your existing jar, snip the corner of the pouch, and squeeze the body butter into your jar. Smooth the top with the back of a clean spoon, secure the lid, and store at room temperature out of direct sun. Use within twelve months. After your shower, scoop a small amount and apply to damp skin so it locks in moisture and absorbs fast.

Is this safe for babies?

Yes, this is the formula I used on my daughter as an infant. It is fragrance free and plant based. Always check with your pediatrician before adding a new product to baby's routine.

What if I want a light scent?

Try Blossom or Lavender next. Both are gentle and a lot of customers use Unscented for daily and a scented version for nights or special days.

Is the refill the same formula as the jar?

Exactly the same. We use the same recipe, the same ingredients, and the same small batch process. The only difference is the packaging.

How much do I save with the refill?

You get a larger amount of body butter for less than the cost of a new jar, and you skip the extra container. Most regulars rotate between a jar and a refill every few months.

How long does a refill last?

About three to four months with daily, full body use. Longer if you are mostly using it on hands, elbows, and other spot areas.

Can I use this if I have eczema or very sensitive skin?

For active eczema, start with the Eczema Relief Body Butter. For sensitive but not flaring skin, this scent and our other gentle scents tend to work well. Patch test on the inside of your wrist first.
