Lignospan Forte is a fast-acting local anesthesia that contains 2% lidocaine hydrochloride and 1:50,000 epinephrine and works by infiltration or nerve block, activating within 2–4 minutes and lasting for approximately 60 minutes. It is latex-free and does not contain methylparaben to prevent allergic reactions for some patients.

Lignospan comes in 50 single-dose 1.7 ml cartridges in green.
