Our recombinant Q61H protein is produced with a dual-tag system (His-Tag and AviTag™) to ensure maximum flexibility in the lab. The site-specific biotinylation provides a uniform orientation on streptavidin surfaces, which is critical for maintaining the accessibility of the mutated switch II region during high-throughput screening (HTS) using AlphaLISA or TR-FRETassays. It also allows to study high-affinity binding to RAF1, PI3K, and RAL GDS via SPR (Biacore) or BLI (Octet).
