How to use:

1. Open zipper and pour a maximum of 710 ml (24 oz) of water through the opening. Do not exceed capacity as this can cause excess water to leak out from the seams.
2. Close zipper.
3. Squeeze mat to distribute water evenly across the mat. Minor water seepage at the seams is normal.
4. Place a towel under the mat if you are using it indoors to avoid direct contact with the floor.
5. For extra cooling, place mat in the refrigerator. Remove mat for a few minutes before use.
6. After each use, turn mat inside out and hang to dry. Refer to care label for washing instructions.
