BC Air helmets feature ultra-lightweight in-mold construction, integrated headlamp clips, Boa fit system, and massive ventilation. In addition to being ASTM F2040-2018 certified for alpine skiing, the BC Air is also CPSC 16 CFR 1203 certified for cycling.

BC Air Helmets in-mold is the premium construction for ultra-lightweight performance and is characterized by an EPS liner that is molded directly to a lightweight polycarbonate shell. The result is a helmet construction so light you’ll forget it’s even there. Passive channel venting on the inside surface of the EPS direct airflow between your head and the helmet, removing moisture and excess heat for all-day comfort. You'll also have the ability to easily remove ear pads for reduced bulk while retaining the fit system.
