ExecDefense USA EMS/EMT Plate Carrier

The EMS / EMT, first responder plate carrier, is designed for use by paramedics and other first that are called to work in dangerous areas. This plate carrier vest is trusted by many medical first responders and is an important item to help keep workers safe during their operations.

Produced in a sleek, comfortable, and breathable design, this plate carrier vest is available in navy blue color for visibility with an oversized Velcro patch on the front and back to identify the user. The carrier includes adjustable shoulder and waist straps (clips) for comfort and security.

Designed to support comprehensive ballistic protection, this plate carrier does not include any ballistic protection, and can fit standard level III, III+ and IV hard armor plates (HAP’s) in the front and back (shooters cut only). If you need help choosing hard armor plates (HAP’s), please contact us. In addition, this vest is also available to be produced with level III-A soft armor panels, and can be upgraded to include anti-stab and anti-spike protection built into it, upon request. Please contact us for agency or individual orders that require the ballistic panels or plates to be within this plate carrier vest.

To help support medical personnel, this vest includes MOLLE webbing line on the front and back, so you can attach pouches, radios or other MOLLE-compatible accessories to the vest.

This plate carrier vest is available in navy blue. Carrier includes front and back pockets to fit 10 x 12 hard armor plates (HAP's), both shooter's cut (front) and rectangle cut (back). Includes EMT velcro patch on front & back.  Also available with custom patches such as EMS, PARAMEDIC and FIRST RESPONDER.
