Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available. However, exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:
• The bundle weft’s band remains intact
• The security seal sticker is unbroken
• Exchange requests are submitted within 72 hours of recorded delivery

Exchanges are available for products of equal value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, store credit will be issued for the difference.
