The duo of Kyoko Takemoto, a pianist of rare romanticism, and Ryoichi Fujimori, principal cellist of the NHK Symphony Orchestra, will perform a collection of Brahms' sonatas. In their two previous well-received albums, "Chopin: Piano and Cello Works" (OVCL-00373) and "Passionato: Works by Rachmaninoff and Piazzolla" (OVCL-00408), the two had been enhancing each other's musicality and exploring their potential as an ensemble.
