If taken internally, myrrh may cause stomach upset and diarrhea. Anyone with a medical condition related to the heart should check with their doctor before using myrrh oil, since myrrh may cause heart irregularities and lowered blood pressure. Since myrrh interacts with blood glucose it is also not recommended for people undergoing surgery and it is best to stop its use at least 2 weeks before surgery. For all Organixx products, we use only the cleanest and purest ingredients available. Each of the individual ingredients that are certified organic are specified on the label. In the case of our Joint & Muscle Care, the turmeric is certified organic. We use the clinically studied forms of Boswellia (frankincense) and myrrh which are not currently available as certified organic but are formulated for efficacy. The product does not contain any fillers, binders, or excipients. Shipping Information

• Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
• A tracking number will be provided if tracking was included with your order.
• Registered Post or Parcel Post with signature, tracking, and insurance is strongly recommended. We are unable to refund or resend items lost or damaged in transit without tracking and insurance.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we no longer have control over its delivery.

Combined Shipping

• We offer combined shipping discounts for multiple items purchased in the same transaction.
• To take advantage of combined shipping, please complete all purchases first and request a combined invoice before making payment.
• Combined shipping discounts only apply to transactions paid together in a single payment. Separate payments will not qualify for the discount.

Payment Policy

• If payment is not received within 3 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute may be opened, and a final fee credit lodged after 7 days.

Warranty

• For items that carry a warranty, coverage will be void if the product is misused, mishandled, or modified in any way.
• Please inspect your items upon arrival and report any transit damage within 24 hours (with photos).
