Each set includes:
- Left/right moisture-wicking elbow pads
- 2pcs non-slip heat shrink bar end grips
Care Instructions:
Our elbow pads have a Lycra top fabric, just like your tri suit, and need special care if they are to last the distance. They should be gently hand washed in warm water with a mild detergent (MAXIMUM 30deg C/85deg F) and dried out of direct sunlight. Exposure to hot water may cause the elbow pads to delaminate.
