Active Folic x3 Better Absorption Contains Quatrefolic®, a source of L-Methyl folate which provides folic acid in an active naturally occurring form, folate. Active Folic delivers x3 greater absorption than standard folic acid.

Active Folic is suitable for anyone who needs to supplement their folate intake to support normal function of the immune system, normal blood function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Active Folic is suitable pre, during and post pregnancy.

Supplemental folic acid intake of 400µg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception can help reduce the risk of neural tube defects in a developing foetus.

Folic Acid (5 Methyltetrahydrofolic Acid Glucosamine Salt), Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate), Capsule Shell (Hypromellose), Capsule Colour (Purple Carrot)

Directions for Use

Adults, pregnant women and children over 12 years. Take one Active Folic capsule daily (or two capsules per day if advised by your Healthcare Professional). Take with water. Do not exceed the daily dose without consulting your Doctor or Pharmacist.
